I believe that I’m obliged to provide you with a few information about me – Especially because we’ll be discussing things that require some experience in leadership and team management.
I graduated in Law from Nicolaus Copernicus University in a beautiful city of Toruń. After this I thought that it would be nice to change something so I decided to move to Warsaw and here started my professional career. In December 2012 I joined DSV ISS and for couple of months I’ve been working there as a Verification Assistant. I was really lucky to meet there my first manager who trusted in my skills and gave me chance to work as a Team Leader. Starting from this point my life had changed, basically because I felt that this is exactly what I want to do with my life and after couple promotions and changes, now I’m a Supervisor responsible for almost 50 people in nice company called CBRE Corporate Outsourcing (still in Warsaw!).
These days I’m mostly responsible for financial processes delivered to external Clients and for the quality of work that is done by my Teams. It’s a hard job but having opportunity to see how people develop and help them achieving their goals are the best reward that Manager can imagine.
